DESCRIPTION

The property is divided into two parts, the main house with its master bedroom and twin bedroom and the Casita, linked by the courtyard, the double story tower that was once the mill, with an extra three bedrooms. This makes it perfectly suited to two families each having their own privacy.

Five double bedrooms in total: two in the main house which share a bathroom and three in the casita, one en suite, and two sharing a large bathroom.

Note: All rooms, except the master bedroom can be made up as twin bedrooms or as super kings with duvets or sheets.

GROUND & POOL

• Swimming pool – salt water system. Heatable with extra cost from April to October.
• Double Balinese sun loungers and sun shades.
• The playground is sheltered under two big shady pine trees. There is a sandpit and a trampoline, swings, a slide and a ping pong table.
• The extensive grounds are abundant with olive trees, lavender, verbena, rosemary, oleander, giant aloe vera, etc, as well as an orchard supplying morning orange juice and lemons for sundowners, according to the season.
