In one of Ibiza’s most exclusive coastal areas, Vista Alegre offers a more contemporary aesthetic than the other two communities. Architecture here is less uniform, properties more individual, and the overall tone is more open. Several villas have direct access to a private mooring and Sa Calma being the most notable example. It attracts a mix of profiles: groups of friends, families with older children, guests drawn by the combination of residential security and proximity to the water. These are not the properties for those seeking the rawness of an Ibizan finca or the isolation of a rural estate. Gardens tend to be smaller, settings more ordered.
