Three communities, three characters

Cala Conta

The only fully enclosed residential community on the island, with a staffed entrance and perimeter fencing. Properties here follow a coherent Mediterranean architectural language; well-kept, consistent, immediately recognisable. The community has its own spa facilities, sauna and gym, with massage treatments available on request. The location, on the west coast near one of Ibiza’s most celebrated sunset points, makes it a natural choice for families with young children and those who value discretion as much as comfort. It is also one of the few residential communities of this type on the island where tourist licences are established. It is a distinction that matters more than it appears. Vista Alegre

In one of Ibiza’s most exclusive coastal areas, Vista Alegre offers a more contemporary aesthetic than the other two communities. Architecture here is less uniform, properties more individual, and the overall tone is more open. Several villas have direct access to a private mooring and Sa Calma being the most notable example. It attracts a mix of profiles: groups of friends, families with older children, guests drawn by the combination of residential security and proximity to the water.
