How do I book a villa?
Contact us directly with your dates and preferences. Our team will suggest the best options. Once availability is confirmed, the booking is secured with a rental agreement and an initial deposit.
What documents are required to book?
Only a valid passport or ID of the lead guest is required. At check-in, guest details will also be requested, as required by Spanish hospitality regulations.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking between 3 and 9 months in advance to ensure availability, especially during high season (June–September).
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfers, credit cards, and in some cases, payments via platforms such as Wise, Revolut.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. The amount varies depending on the villa. It is refunded within 2 to 10 days after departure, depending on the condition of the property and the payment method used, following an inspection.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Each villa has its own cancellation policy. Many allow partial refunds if notice is given well in advance. For long or high-value stays, we recommend taking out optional cancellation insurance in your country of residence.
Is cleaning and maintenance included?
Yes. All villas include initial and final cleaning. Many also offer mid-stay or daily cleaning, pool/garden maintenance, and technical support.
Can I book a chef, driver, or nanny?
Yes. We work with verified professionals to provide premium services: private chefs, massage therapists, transfers, nannies, etc. These can be arranged before or during your stay.
Is there 24/7 concierge service?
Yes. Our local team is available to handle any issue or personalised request, with extended or continuous hours depending on the villa.
Do the villas have a tourist license?
Yes. All of our vacation rental properties have an official tourist license. We eliminate any legal risk or irregularity.
Am I insured during my stay?
The property is insured, but we recommend obtaining travel and personal liability insurance separately.
What happens if something doesn’t work during my stay?
A technical team responds quickly. You will have a direct and priority contact channel to resolve any issue with the property.
Can I have guests or celebrations at the villa?
It depends on the property. Some villas allow private gatherings or small events, always with prior written approval.
Can I bring pets?
Some properties are pet-friendly. Let us know in your request so we can offer compatible options, always upon prior request.
Can I extend my stay once I’m in the villa?
Yes, if the villa is not already booked for the following dates. We will quickly handle the extension of your contract and payment.
